God is the founder of Small Ministry Concepts. Sharell Williams is simply the vessel and steward of the vision He placed in her heart. With years of hands-on experience as a Church Administrator and Service Strategist for a small but mighty ministry, Sharell understands the unique challenges small congregations face. Navigating these challenges in her own church, she saw a need for practical, affordable, easy-to-use, digital and editable resources that simply didn’t exist on a broad spectrum. That’s why she created [Small Ministry Concepts] and [Faith Video and Design] – to empower small churches to focus on their mission with ease. Sharell is committed to developing practical solutions that help churches operate more efficiently and create Spirit-led, engaging services.
Her work is grounded in real ministry life, supporting a small congregation where order, organization, creativity, and faith go hand in hand. Through Small Ministry Concepts, she offers guidance, encouragement, digital tools, templates, and strategic insight tailored specifically for smaller churches with limited teams and tight budgets.
She is also the owner of Faith Video and Design, an Etsy shop known for offering editable flyers, countdown videos, spreadsheets, and other digital resources that support the daily needs of growing ministries.
Her mission is simple: to help small ministries make a big impact—with clarity, excellence, and faith.
